Overview

You can view and create new folders for Outlook to organize emails in ZenCase.

  • Go to the Mail list page by clicking on the "Mail" button in the left navigation sidebar.

  • You will be redirected to the Inbox folder page.

  • You will see the list of root folders on the left side.

    • Note: This is not the subfolders for your Inbox folder. If you create a custom folder using ZenCase, then you will be creating new root folders outside of the Inbox folder to organize emails.

  • In the top left, click on the three horizontal lines icon. This will open a left sidebar that will show all of your subfolders for your Inbox root folder, as well as any custom folders you created outside of the Inbox folder.

    • There will be an arrow icon ">" next to the word "Inbox" that you can click to open up all of the subfolders.

    • Other custom folders outside of the Inbox folder will display at the bottom of the Mail left navigation bar.

    • Note: If you move your mouse over the folder, a pop up will show the folder's name if you have the Mail left navigation bar collapsed.

  • To navigate to child's folder you need to click on parent folder's name and then select subfolder from the list.
