Limitations When Viewing Email Attachments
While Practice Pro allows you to import emails from Outlook, the application does not support viewing attachments from these imported emails. Here are the key points to understand:
Attachment Counts are Visible: You can see a count of attachments linked to an email within Practice Pro.
Attachments Cannot Be Opened in Practice Pro: To access and open the actual attachment files, you will need to use Outlook. These files are not viewable directly in the Practice Pro interface.
Troubleshooting Email Body Visibility Issues
If the body of an imported email is not visible in Practice Pro, you can resolve this by re-importing the email:
Identify the specific email(s) with missing body content.
Re-import these emails into Practice Pro. This action updates the email and ensures the body content becomes visible. This is a simple and effective workaround to address visibility problems for older or previously imported emails.
If you have any questions or need additional assistance, be sure to review the troubleshooting steps provided above or consult Practice Pro support for direct help.
