Enable Two Factor Authentication For Your Firm
When you require two factor authentication for your entire law firm, all members of the law firm will be required to setup a two factor authentication phone number. Each member can then configure how they want to receive two factor authentication codes as SMS, email, or phone call.
In the upper right corner of the page, click on your name.
Select "Firm Settings" from the pop up menu.
On the Firm Settings page, click on the "Configurations" tab.
In the left navigation, click on "General" tab.
Under the Security section, toggle the option for "Require Two Factor Authentication?" which should turn blue when enabled.
By enabling the option, you will see a new pop up window that will prompt you to enter a new phone number in which to use for two factor authentication for yourself.
If you already have a phone number, you will see a "Use For Two Factor" button in which you can choose this option to set the phone number as your two factor auth telephone.
After clicking "Use For Two Factor", select "Yes" to confirm.
On your next login, all members of the law firm will be required to setup and enter a two factor authentication code to access the system.
Congratulations! You have successfully enabled enhanced security for your law firm.
