Overview
You can view the Firm Receipt Allocation report in your firm directly in ZenCase from the Reports page. This report will show all your firm receipt allocations (aka collections) for month over month comparison against this month and the previous year's month to view the change in totals year over year.
How To View Firm Receipt Allocation Report
Go to the Reports page by clicking "Reports" from the left navigation bar
On the Reports page, click "View Report" under Firm Receipt Allocation
You will see a chart with fees and expenses paid and billed during the current and previous year
Click "Chart" button to turn on and off sections to display on Chart:
Fees Billed
Fees Paid
Fees Billed Previous Year
Fees Paid Previous Year
Expenses Billed
Expenses Paid
Expenses Billed Previous Year
Expenses Paid Previous Year
You can filter by:
Client
Matter
Member
Member Type
Division
Invoiced As of Date
Click "Settings" in the top right of the table results to turn on and off columns to display
Click "Export Report" to view your report in CSV or PDF format
Note: Exported data will reflect the table results with any filters applied. Clear filters if you want to view all data.
