Overview
A task blueprint is a collection of tasks which can be used as a blueprint for importing tasks into a specific matter. To learn more about how to create a task blueprint, read the article:
Task blueprints are a quick and easy way to populate your matter with common tasks. Once you have some task blueprints available, you can easily add them to any matter.
How To Add A Task Blueprint To A Matter
From the left navigation bar, click the "Matters" link
On the Matters list page, click on the matter name under the "Matter Name" column to view a specific matter.
On the matter details page, you will see a set of menu options in the top right of the page.
Click "Import/Export".
Click "Import Task Blueprint".
In the pop up window, search by task blueprint name in the search bar if necessary.
Click "Select" next to the name of the task blueprint.
You will see a list of the available tasks in the task blueprint collection.
Select the tasks you want to import into the matter.
Select a Start Date in which to set the start date for all tasks.
Click "Import Tasks"
Congratulations! You have now imported task blueprints into a specific matter. On the matter page, the tasks should be available on the "Tasks" tab.
