How To Edit A Payment For A Client In ZenCase

Overview

You can easily update the payer, description, and reference for a payment after you've created the payment.

How To Edit A Payment

  • Go to the Payments list page from left navigation bar

  • Search or filter payments

  • Click the "..." three dots icon from the Actions column for a payment

  • Click "Edit Payment"

  • You will be redirected to the payment edit page

  • Select Payer

  • Edit Reference

  • Edit Description

  • Click "Attach From Computer" to upload files for a payment

  • Click "Save"

You should see your changes updated in the payments list table and the payment allocations page. You may need to refresh the page to view updates.
