Overview
When you are integrated and connected to either NetDocuments, Box, or iManage (Beta), you can manage files associated to your client directly in your integrated file management system.

Note: You can create a document directly from the client details page only for the Box.com integrations. You will need to create documents at the matter level for NetDocuments integrations.
How To Add A Document For A Client
Go to the Contacts list page
In the Client filter, select "Yes" to filter contacts by clients
Select a client in the table by clicking the client's name
On the specific client details page, click the "Files" tab
You may need to sign into your file management system if prompted
From the top right, click "Create a Document"
Select a Document from the left sidebar:
New
Recent
My Library
Groundswell Library (ZenCase-provided document templates)
Click "Create"
You will be redirected to a document edit page
You will see previously populated fields in the "Merged Fields" section
Enter all the missing fields under the "Unmerged Fields" section highlighted in yellow
Click "Insert Fields" on the left sidebar to view the updated document with your entered values
Click "Save" when done
You will be prompted to confirm your unsaved changes
Click "Yes, Merge and Save"
You have successfully created a document for your client. You should now see the document in your file management system.
