Overview
ZenCase integrates with Box and NetDocuments. ZenCase does not store actual document files within ZenCase. Documents are stored directly in your document management system and ZenCase will reference the document when you merge new documents within ZenCase.
How To Restore A Deleted Document in Box
From within Box, you can select the "Trash" button from the left sidebar.
Search for the file by filename or any other attribute.
From search results, next to the document, click the "..." icon on the right.
Select "Restore" from the pop up menu.
Your document should now be fully restored.
How To Restore A Deleted Document in NetDocuments

From within NetDocuments, go to the advanced search page.
Enter cabinet
Enter filename of document
Click "Show more options"
Scroll down to bottom of page
Check "Deleted items"
Click "Search"
From the search results, find the document you deleted.
Check the checkbox for the document.
Click "More" in the top right corner of page.
Click "Undelete" from the pop up menu.
Your document should now be fully restored.
