SurePoint Pro - Bank Transactions Setting

K
Written by Keith Bell

The Bank Transactions setting determines how bank account transactions are reviewed and reconciled.

  • Bank Transactions disabled: You reconcile account transactions directly, without access to Bank Register and Review.

  • Bank Transactions enabled: You import bank transactions and reconcile them against the system’s account transactions.

When Bank Transactions setting is set to 'disabled':

  • User loses access to Bank Register and Review.

  • The intended workflow is to reconcile account transactions directly.

When Bank Transactions setting is set to 'enabled':

  • The intended workflow is to import bank transactions.

  • Those imported transactions can then be reconciled with the system’s account transactions.
