How To Connect To iManage In ZenCase To Manage Files For Your Clients And Matters

Overview

Integrate with iManage for file management right within ZenCase. The iManage platform allows you to manage, collaborate, and share content in one secure location to improve workplace productivity and ensure sensitive information is never lost or in the wrong hands.

iManage is a cloud-based document and email management service that provides enterprise-level security, mobility, disaster recovery, and collaboration solutions for organizations with high data security requirements. Read about their security compliance on their Security & Governance page.

Once you have your file management account on iManage, we'll need to authenticate it with ZenCase.


​Connect Your iManage Account With ZenCase

  • In the right-hand side, click your name to access the navigation menu. Then click "Account".

  • On your member profile page, click on "Integrations" tab.

  • Under iManage, click the "Connect" button.

  • You will be redirected to the iManage website and be prompted to login.

  • Login to iManage to confirm that you want to integrate with ZenCase.

  • When you have successfully logged in, you will be redirected back to the ZenCase integrations page.

  • You will see that you are now connected with iManage and you can disconnect at any time.

You can now start using iManage to manage your documents and files right within each client and matter in ZenCase.
