Overview

You can compose and send emails in Practice Pro (formerly ZenCase). At the time of composing an email, you can link tags, matters, attach documents and use templates.

How to compose an email

  • Go to the Mail page from the left navigation bar

  • Click "New Message" button

  • Select Recipients

  • Select matter in Matters dropdown

  • Set message priority

  • Enter subject

  • Select tag in Tags dropdown

  • Enter message body

  • Attach files

  • Select template to use in message

  • Click "Send" button

You have successfully sent a message. Verify message display in 'Sent' folder.
