Overview
You can quickly add a new Time Entry from Bookmarks => Matters tab for any matter that has been bookmarked in the right sidebar navigation bar.
How To Add Time Entries For A Bookmarked Matter
Go to the Matters list page from the left navigation menu.
Click on the bookmark icon to bookmark a matter in the list. The icon should turn red when a matter is bookmarked.
Click on the right sidebar panel icon to the right of your name in the top right screen.
Select the briefcase icon to open the Matters tab.
Click on the clock icon button near a bookmarked matter.
You will see a new pop up window for the Add Time Entry form.
In the form, the Client and Matter will be auto populated by default.
Select the Member (Required - auto populated as the currently logged in user).
Select Billable (Required - Yes or No).
Select Show On Bill (Required - Yes or No).
Select Task.
Select Tags.
Enter Description.
Enter Actual Hours (Required).
Enter Adjusted Hours (Required - auto populated when you enter Actual Hours).
Enter Rate (Required - auto populated from rate assignment if available).
Enter Private Note.
Click the "Discount" button to add a discount type, amount, and note.
Click "Save" or "Save And Add Another".
Go to the Time & Expenses page clicking the link from left navigation bar. You should now see your new time entry added to the table list.
