Overview

SurePoint Practice Pro provides predefined dashboards for both Attorney and Partners. Firm Administrators can enable dashboards by security group.

  • Attorney Dashboard will display attorney information for the currently logged-in user. Each logged-in user will see a summary of their hours, tasks by status, and their list of assigned tasks, deadline tasks, high-priority tasks, and statute-of-limitation tasks.

  • Partner Dashboard will display firm information for all members. We recommend using the partner dashboard for security groups that have access to all member information only. The Partner Dashboard will display all attorney hours over the last 13 months, top 10 timekeepers, client A/R totals, matter A/R totals, member performance totals, expense totals, collections totals, and top performers both YTD and in the last 90 days.

SurePoint Practice Pro dashboards are currently predefined, and a future improvement will allow dashboard customization.

How To Enable Dashboards For A Security Group

  • In the upper right corner, click on your name, select "Firm Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  • Click on the "Security Groups" tab

  • In the security groups list, under the Actions column, click the Edit pencil icon for a security group.

  • Under description, there is a new "Dashboard" select dropdown.

  • Select a ZenCase dashboard that has a lotus flower next to the name.

    • Example:

      • Attorney Dashboard

      • Partner Dashboard

Congratulations, you have successfully set a SurePoint Practice Pro dashboard for a security group.

All members within the security group will now see a dashboard when they log in and are on the Home page.
