In PreBills section there is now a setting where you can summarize the soft costs in the Expenses report.
To access the "toggle switch" go to PreBill settings. If you wish to see all costs, ensure the toggles is set to "off".
In this example, with the toggle "off" note how there are three entries under the description "Postage Cost"; $0.25, $0.25, $1.00.
If we now switch the toggle to "on" in the settings and print preview the same repost, we see all three postage costs summarized in one row...
(The report has summed up all the Postage Costs in to one value $1.50)
Please note the default setting will be "off" for users wishing summarized soft costs the toggle will need to be turned to "on".
