How to delete a connection from a Matter
You can delete a connection from a Matter if the connection is no longer associated with that specific Matter.

Go to the Matters list page
Select a matter in the table by clicking the matter's name
On the specific matter detail's page, click the "Connections" tab
Locate the connection you need to delete
Click Delete under the Actions column
You'll get a prompt to confirm
Click "Yes, delete it"
The underlying contact record is not deleted from Practice Pro and remains available in the system.
