The Contacts section provides an overview of all client and contact records.

Users can:

  • View contacts directly in a grid layout

  • Search and filter records

  • Edit client information without excessive navigation

Example contact information includes:

  • First and last name

  • Originating attorney

  • Client number

  • Client status

  • Active/inactive status

  • Minimum trust balance tracking

  • Minimum trust thresholds

  • Client tagging for categorization and searching

  • "Also Known As" (AKA) management

Photos and Visual Identification

Users can:

  • Upload or drag-and-drop photos

  • Store organization logos or client photos

  • Improve identification when working with unfamiliar contacts

Edits can be made directly within the interface without requiring multiple windows or screens.
