How To Successfully Create A New Client In ZenCase

Quick Add Client

There are two ways that you can add a new Client in ZenCase. The first option is to use the Quick Add "+" icon next to your name in the top navigation menu and select "Contact" from the quick add menu.

From the “Add Contact” screen, click “Contact is a Client," complete the Client information, and click “Save.”

The second option is to go to the Contacts list page. From the left navigation, click "Contacts" or the people icon.

Once you are on the Contacts list page, click the "Add Contact" button.

From there, click “Contact is a Client," complete the Client information, and click “Save.”

Congratulations, you have now created a new Client in ZenCase!
