How To View Client Portal Dashboard For ZenCase Clients

How To View Client Portal Dashboard

  • Login to the Client Portal.

  • If you have two factor authentication enabled, you will need to enter the authentication code.

  • Click "Sign In" button.

  • You will be redirected to the Client Portal Dashboard page.

  • Under the My Client section, you can:

    • View Client Name

    • View Client Organization

    • Click "Change Client" button which you can use to select another client if you have access to multiple clients.

  • Under the My Client Manager section, you can:

    • View Client Manager name

    • View Client Manager email

  • Under Recent Open Invoices section, you can:

    • View All Client's Outstanding Invoices

    • View Invoice by clicking "View Invoice" button in Actions column.

    • Pay Invoice by clicking "Pay Now" button in Actions column.

      • Note: The law firm must have Law Pay enabled in the ZenCase application for the "Pay Now" button to display.

    • Click "View All" button which will navigate you to Invoices list.

  • Under Recent Closed Invoices section, you can:

    • View All Client's Paid Invoices

    • View Invoice by clicking "View Invoice" button in Actions column.

    • Click "View All" button which will navigate you to Invoices list.

  • Under Recent Payments section you can:

    • View All Client's Payments

    • Click "View all" button which will navigate you to Payments list.
