Overview

You can view the Receipt Allocations report for each working member in your firm directly in SurePoint Practice Pro from the Reports page. This report lists all members' collections, grouped by client and matter.

This report provides a detailed list of all payments, including corresponding invoice information for each working member, and a breakdown of each member's billed amount, billed % of the invoice, and payment allocation (collection) for each payment.

How To View Receipt Allocations Report

  • Go to the Reports page by clicking "Reports" from the left navigation bar

  • On the Reports page, click "View Report" under Receipt Allocations

  • You will see all payments created during the current year by default.

  • You can filter by:

    • Client

    • Matter

    • Payment Date

    • Invoice Date

    • Client Originator

    • Matter Originator

    • Client Manager

    • Matter Manager

    • Working Member

    • Matter Type

    • Charge Type

    • Include Credits: Yes or No

    • Division

  • Click "Settings" in the top right of the table results to turn on and off columns to display

  • Click "Export Report" to view your report in CSV or PDF format

    • Note: Exported data will reflect the table results with any filters applied. Clear filters if you want to view all data.
