Quick Universal Search

You can perform a quick universal search for a task from the top header bar.

  • From the top left in the header bar, next to the ZenCase logo, you will see 3 items: a magnifying glass, a down arrow, and a search bar.

  • Next to magnifying glass icon, click the down arrow icon to reveal search filter options:

    • Clients

    • Contacts

    • Matters

    • Tasks

  • Select "Tasks" to filter your search.

    • Note: If you do not select anything, then you will see contacts, matters, and tasks with the search term you entered. Filtering down your search will help to narrow down your results.

  • In the search bar, enter the task number or task name .

  • You should see results pop up after you type.

    • Clients are shown with a handshake icon

    • Non-Client contacts are shown with an id card icon

    • Matters are shown with a briefcase icon

    • Tasks are shown with a checklist icon
