Overview
You can view all of your matter's A/R aging data report directly in SurePoint Practice Pro from the Reports page. This report will show all outstanding unpaid invoice balances for:
Current
1 to 30 days old
31 to 60 days old
61 to 90 days old
90+ days old
Total past due
How To View Matter A/R Aging Report
Go to the Reports page by clicking "Reports" from the left navigation bar
On the Reports page, click "View Report" under Matter A/R Aging
On the Matter A/R aging report page, you will a list of all matter aging data grouped by client.
You can filter by:
As Of date - View A/R balance at the given date
Client
Client Originator
Client Manager
Matter
Matter Originator
Matter Manager
Division
Matter Type
Include Zero Balance: Yes or No.
Include Inactive Matters: Yes or No.
Client Tags
Matter Tags
Click "Export Reports" to view your report in CSV format
Note: Exported data will reflect the table results with any filters applied. Clear the filters to view all data.
