How To View Client A/R Aging Report In ZenCase

Overview

You can view all of your client's A/R aging data report directly in ZenCase from the Reports page. This report will show all outstanding unpaid invoice balances for:

  • Current

  • 1 to 30 days old

  • 31 to 60 days old

  • 61 to 90 days old

  • 90+ days old

  • Total past due

How To View Client A/R Aging Report

  • Go to the Reports page by clicking "Reports" from the left navigation bar

  • On the Reports page, click "View Report" under Client A/R Aging

  • On the Client A/R aging report page, you will see an overview of the current due, overdue, and total due amounts in the graph at the top of the page

  • You can filter by:

    • As Of date - View A/R balance at the given date

    • Client

    • Client Originator

    • Client Manager

    • Matter Originator

    • Matter Manager

    • Division

    • Include Zero Balance: Yes or No.

    • Include Inactive Matters: Yes or No.

  • Click "Settings" in the top right of the table results to turn on and off columns to display

  • Click "Export Reports" to view your report in CSV format

    • Note: Exported data will reflect the table results with any filters applied. Clear filters if you want to view all data.
