1. Viewing Open Invoices Across Multiple Matters

To see all open invoices for a single client across multiple matters, use the Matter A/R Aging Report. This report organizes accounts receivable (open balances) by matter, making it easy to identify outstanding invoices for a specific client. To generate this report:

  1. Navigate to the Reports section in Practice Pro.

  2. Select the Matter A/R Aging Report.

  3. Apply a filter for the specific client to view their open balances across all matters.
